Australians are no strangers to summer, but the season is certainly about more than just heat and sun. Estrel Duo’s Summer's Silhouette program takes the chance to consider how music can articulate a whole gamut of quintessential summer experiences. From heat shimmers, to the raucous sounds of wild life, and bright blue skies filled with fluffy clouds, summer is truly a season full of personality to be explored.

Lilly Yang and Tijana Korzacic form the long-standing flute and harp ensemble, Estrel Duo. Since its formation in 2016, the duo has performed across Australia and in the UK. Highlights include the Music Room at the Burgh House & Hampstead Museum (London), Holy Trinity Parish Hall, Queensland Parliament House, Brisbane City Hall, Maleny Community Centre, and the Old Museum Building.
