🍵Matcha Reviews: AZUO | Iced matcha latte
Situated down on La Trobe St and a short walk from Melbourne Central, AZUO Yogurt & Cake offers asian-style baked cakes and drinks. Unfortunately the store only offers takeaway so there is no seating for you to sit to enjoy their sweets.
To my surprise, this drink actually tasted really good (I guess we've just had a bad string of disappointing matcha desserts lately).
The matcha flavour was present and really well-balanced with the sweetness and milk. The matcha syrup was mixed in really well so that made it very pleasant to drink. There were no clumps whatsoever! The only thing I thought was that I wish they had given us a smaller straw as the bubcha (bobba) straw was definitely too big.
Final verdict: would definitely buy again
